My oldest daughter, now a grandmother, has always been a Winnie the Pooh fan. When she was little, there were no videos of Disney movies. She and her sister had a record player and a book with the Disney version of the story along with a record that told the story and played all the songs from the movie. It played constantly and they both loved it! Caitlynn went on to collect dolls and Bronwynn went on to collect Winnie the Pooh goodies.
I made this card for the Verve Challenge this week.
I knew one day these Disney embellishments would come in handy for cards for Bronwynn and they came in handy for this entry into the Viva La Verve Challenge as well.
In this case, I followed the sketch but I did add a few little extras. Well, it is definitely CAS for ME! I don’t know about anyone else… Paper: Lost & Found, Graphic 45 Little Darlings. Ink: Ranger Distress Ink, Momento Ink. Tools: Viva La Verve stamp, Spellbinders die, Recollections cutting tool, Tim Holtz distresser. Embellishment: Disney Winnie the Pooh cardstock cutouts.
I love to get your comments and appreciate the effort you take to make them. Blessings and Hugs to one and all.
Too precious for words.
I didn’t want to say it on the blog post but this will be a birthday card for a certain daughter. It is kinda cute on the inside, too. She’ll love it!
